Associate Professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at the University of Colorado Amy McDevitt

Dr. McDevitt is an Associate Professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, USA, where she teaches musculoskeletal curriculum to entry-level physical therapy students. She is also an expert clinician at the University of Colorado Health, CU Sports Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation clinic. Dr. McDevitt is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. She completed her PhD in Physiotherapy through the University of Newcastle, Australia. Dr. McDevitt's passion for research is reflected in her track record of publications, which includes work on manual therapy, mechanisms of manual therapy, regional interdependence, shoulder tendinopathy, and clinical reasoning.
